Baby's names by strokes and 5 Elements

Did a program using VC++ to come up with the best chinese stroke-count for babies.

Many parents make the mistake of just making sure the numbers in 天(tian)格-人(ren)格-地(di)格-总(zong)格。It can be just as bad if the elements (五行-金木水火土)that come with the numbers are seriously in conflict. For example, the numbers in 格which ends in 7 or 8 belongs to 金.
So my program actually make sure the elements are non-conflicting/promoting with the correct stroke count.

RECOMMENDED example:
Recommended strokes with correct elements. NOTE we do not usually factor in 天格, because we cannot change our surnames.
However, it should be included in the elements consideration - no conflicting elements.
13 (good strokes count)
五行(elements):水木土 (no conflict, in fact element-promoting)

NOT RECOMMENDED example (which parents usually make mistake):
NOT recommended because of conflicting elements, even though the "strokes count" is good:
天格 9 人格 13 地格 15 外格 16 总格 23 (good strokes count)

NOTE:
1. Usually, people will find out the favourable element first based on the birth hour of the person, find out the lacking element and choose the most suitable elements in the name to enhance the element that is lacking.
2. My program does not find the element. IT finds all the possible good combinations of elements and numbers based on the surname. Usually, if a person lacks metal, the MOST BASIC way is to choose the name with my recommended list with metal .
3. To ascertain number of strokes, you will need Recommended website:
